As an ATP for Renmar DME, you will be a key part of our CRT team, which is comprised of the right mix of office and in-the-field (technicians) support. ATP (Part Time) Responsibilities

·         Evaluate/ recommend adaptive equipment to meet adult client needs using advanced technology and recommending the appropriate quality products. 

·         Partner with Renmar referral sources and actively build positive relationships at new prospective accounts.

·         Understand insurance HCPCS coding and items that are reimbursable, as well as reimbursement rates to ensure reaching profitability goals.

·         Diagnose, repair and/or modify equipment to assure proper fit and function, as needed.

·         May deliver and fit equipment to the client, instruct the client or caregiver concerning safe and appropriate use of the equipment.

·         Complete equipment quotes in a timely manner.

·         Responds to customer and referral inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.

·         Monitor regulatory and market environment and keep the Renmar organization apprised of major trends and drivers effecting the business.

Experience and Skills:

·         Current Assistive Technology Professional certification through RESNA.  

·         Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Complex Rehab Industry preferred.

·         Strong customer orientation mindset with the ability to sell and increase the sales pipeline.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage, regularly communicate with and grow referral sources.

·         Ability to work independently and manage work effectively.

·         Positive, compassionate and high initiative.

·         Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, email, CRT software systems.

  • Clinician (OT, PT, COTA, PTA, RN, LNA) or health related degree preferred.

  • Active driver’s license and live in reasonable driving distance to NH.

Benefits:

Flexible Schedule:  We are expanding our ATP support by hiring several part-time ATP’s who would like to either supplement their regular job, or who would like to scale their hours from a full-time role to part time (less than 30 hours per week).  Part time is a great option for many!   

 

Pay is based on an hourly rate and not on a commission plan.   Use of company vehicle while in the field.

 

May be eligible to participate in the Renmar DME Profit Sharing Plan.
