Return Policy


Please inspect your purchased product(s) upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please contact us immediately.

Once delivery of product(s) have been accepted, the following conditions apply:

Products may be returned if Renmar DME is notified in writing of the return within 7 days of product purchase or delivery, whichever is greater. If the refund is approved, a 25% Restocking Fee may be applied.

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches remotes.

  • All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned. EX. Chargers, baskets, additional colored shrouds. 

  • Unfortunately, White Glove Delivery, Service work and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.

For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Bath safety equipment (Excluding select Rehab Shower Commode Chairs)

  • Seating Products - Cushions and Backs

  • All slings

  • Mattresses

All Sales are Final for Custom Items.

Customer is responsible to return the item to the Renmar office in Bow, NH.  Any request for Renmar DME to pick up the equipment being returned may be subject to a trip fee per standard rates.  .Rental Equipment orders that were paid for and cancelled prior to delivery are subject to a 10% handling fee.

 

Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled after the item has been purchased or scheduled are subject to all standard return policies. 

Credits
Once your return is received, Renmar will issue a credit in the form of a check..The refund check will be processed no more than 30 days after the return of the product(s) and verification it met the requirements for an approved refund.
